Amazing buffet dinner at restaurant "Vista", all you can eat made-to-order steak , cheese and dessert plates all inclusive. Excellent service . My new favorite restaurant in Almaty!!!

Restaurant and bar service a joke! First and last time. Staff nice, and speaks English, but TOTALLY untrained. Ritz Carlton is letting its name be debased. A shame, as venue is appealing.
