Got a room with a pull-out sofa only to find at 11pm that it wasn't made up, & no sheets were even in the room. Manager claims it's Best Western corporate policy that they can't leave sofa beds made.
Great bed, friendly staff , breakfast was a 3 out of 5, but not bad, across the street from a liquor store , and up the road from the plaza , down the road from Westport.
