Great downtown view . Go for club level.
Much nicer place to stay than the nearby/connected Sheraton. We are at the dental conference and are surrounded by great things to do/see/eat.
Was told would get room discounted but still paid full price and now card is frozen. Thankful for Ramada West in Topeka for the amazing service tonight & a warm room
The rooms might need an updating but the service is phenomenal. The staff made our stay incredible.
Great pool and hot tub . Excellent access to Crown Center and Union Station .
Cool program called Make Green Choice. Gives $5 per day to not have housekeeping .
The pool is great! Grab a cold one and relax. Buy drinks and snacks in the drug store ! Much cheaper then the gift shop !
Is it just me... or are the stairs here the shortest you have ever walked up?
Take the pedestrian bridge to the Freight House District and eat at Grunauer or Jack Stack BBQ .
Free internet in the lobby, but it cuts you off at arbitrary points. Really bad if you are pushing a commit right then or saving to cloud storage.
Nice view of downtown, comfortable beds , and a great shower .
If you want to relax and shop- try doing it before 5 pm. Everything closes at six.
The attached walkways to Union Station and Crown Center can get you to attractions from the hotel with out stepping outside.
For a Westin it's pretty old and desperately needs renovating. Lobby and staff are nice. Location is near a small mall . Parking underground.

No decent room service after 11pm. But good view of the Irish Fest!
Nice hotel in KC. Spacious lobby & connected to the stores/eateries next door. Guest rooms are also spacious .
Nice location and mostly upgraded facilities and rooms
Beautiful walkabout area!
ac/heat is old. 3 hrs to go from 72 to 69. Dust everywhere! Bedside phone crusted w greasy crud. TP residue under vanity. $300/day asked for Int on 2 day event . $15 to bring up box of papers. Pass!!!
The Park Corner King room is great. Ask for it by name!
Great meeting spaces.
The brasserie restaurant has gluten free items like bread and cinnamon rolls if you ask.
Fair warning to check your room thoroughly and double check your bill. Has gone down hill big time. Several maintenence and Housekeeping issues including drilling in stairway at 1 am.
Rooms and views are very nice. Customer service lacking. Don't eat at the hotel restaurants .
This whole area is not stroller-friendly. However, the hotel staff and the Brasserie are kid-friendly.
if you're sensitive to noise pollution, don't get a room on the northern "downtown view " side; trains come through frequently,
Airline Personnel: be sure too have your ID at the food outlets if you want to get your discount . They won't honor it without.
Ask for Jenny W. if you need help with your luggage
The staff here is professional. Really top notch. I love staying here
Internet is not free...the more days you purchase it is a bit less expensive ...
Don't expect to make any noise after 7pm. The hotel agent will call the cops. Irregardless of reward status he will try to throw you out. Just call corporate and complain = comped rooms and bonus pts
We have the best room ever ! Thank you Dad ! Gonna be the best cancer walk ever!
Close to several sights.
Don't fall for the scam where if you don't have housekeeping then you get a $5 gift certificate each day for stores within the hotel because no one accepts them.
Pool obviously not large enough for the hotel !
Just cooling how I cool
Free Wi-Fi in the lobby.
Corner rooms are spacious , but the bathroom is oddly shaped.
You have to pay $5 to use the gym equipment! Dislike!
Very disappointing. Rooms are very outdated and rough. Rooms were also dirty . Staff was friendly and helpful, but didn't make up for the dirt.
Great place. Awesome view of downtown
