Arrive early (3 hours before departure time) to pick a good seat, store your check-in bag on top of your seat, watch your personal belongings & enjoy your trip! Have a safe flight.

A bit crowded . A lot of helpful staff . Be sure to come early as everything is a bit far.

Need more effort to avoid the crowd of the passport control , reminding me the situation in Ataturk Airport . Disappointing situation.

To pick up a car from rental office you need to go one level up and try to find out where is it exactly

For such a vast airport , the duty-free is not that diverse, and not many healthy food options .

If you fly international nit using Emirates be aware that the check-in might only open 3h prior t/o. Being their earlier u are stuck with nothing to do but drink cheap coffee in cheap restaurants

Extremely busy lots of traffic to the airport ... best is to go to arrivals and then head to departure

Don't get here too early. They check in order and do so 3 hours before flight and there is nothing to do at all. Also you put your bags through a security search before checking in

It seems old terminal, except Emirates all the the companies fly from here.

Visiting friends who drink? Buy alchohol nr baggage claims . Saves them trip to emirates n cost of Dubai off licence.

Enjoy the wait at Starbucks in T1, in the far end opposite Gate 101. Good & free WiFi connection .

It will take you ages at the passport control . Queue is always a mile long.

taxis can wait, buses can wait but no stopping for passenger pickup...the policemen are ready with their fines.

There is a Starbucks at Arrivals and a good Irish sandwich shop (but no pork ) upstairs from Arrivals.
