The photos make the hotel look much nicer than it is.
Large, comfortable rooms . Nice to have the sink outside the bathroom . Especially if there are two ppl in the room. Legit free breakfast w eggs & meats.
Really thin floors/walls. The person staying above me was stomping around at 1AM. I told the front desk and the woman only said the floors are thin and she can't force the person to stop stomping.
Ok outside. Rooms clean . Dedicated charging station with USB ports and laptop friendly lap tray nice Silicon Valley touches.
Feels like an old motel 8 with some lipstick. Not quite the boutique experience I thought it would be.

There’s nothing *bad* about this hotel , but there’s nothing great about it either. “Boutique ” is not the right adjective. Rooms were clean , staff was really nice.
