A great pub . Legendary! The food is pretty good. The beer selection is OK. And the service is quick and friendly . The bar tenders really know their stuff.

An experience from the moment you start down the alley which was invisible a moment before. The back rooms break the ambiance a bit, but they're a good thing when crowded . Great beer selection .

Justin Lane

Possibly the best pub in Oxford . The back patio near the fire pits are the best. Good local brews .

Yeliz Atici

the atmosphere is great plus the food:) tried fish and chips and mac and cheese to go classical and they were both great!

Petra Rosanics

after last year, we visited Oxford again this spring and went to the Turf again. food was delicious and hearty and the beer was also great (level head, didn’t know it before, but a fan now)

Olga Presa Lozano

Nice and lovely pub . Quite busy on the weekends. The bad thing was that they leave the doors open...it was very cold inside.

Shannon Low

Best pub in Oxford . Great outdoor seating , lots of seating, good selection of beers on tap , great fish and chips , friendly staff .

Carl Griffin

Hard to find but well worth the effort. Great selection of real ales .

Katerina Brist

Good Sunday roast and super cute pub for a cold day inside and for a sunny day at the garden !

Sergio Donato

One of the oldest pub in Oxford . It's quite expensive , but the quality justifies the price. The place is very suggestive, especially the older part and the narrow alley which brings there.

Bear Byron

One of the best hidden gems in Oxford! Great old Rosie cloudy cider and good food! #winner

Petra Rosanics

very cosy and busy pub in the lovely backstreets of Oxford. food is really good but service is a bit slow.

Catarina

Great pub in Oxford . Many delicious beers to taste and great food. Fish and chips : highly recommended!

Jol Ng

Hole in the wall place that serves up generous portions . Share with a friend if you're not ready to tackle a jumbo-sized meal!

M W

Good list of beers , ales and ciders on tap . Mind the head inside as is not for tall people. Definitely great when sun is out.

India Yates

Pub lunch is great and the hotdogs are something special! It can get very busy at times especially in peak season.

Dmitry Dzhus

A laid back pub tucked away in the heart of Oxford . Delicious fish and chips . Burger is meh.

Pat S

Good beer selection , nice outdoor area . Apparently where Bill Clinton "did not inhale" the spliff. Rumoured where ex Australian prime minister set world record time for drinking a yard glass.

Ashley Genevieve

Came here after a walking tour , so glad our guide told us about it! Great beer and cider selection

Daniel Kilkenny

Lovely old building . Small inside so if you want food get there in plenty of time to find a seat and avoid peak times for food

Oleksii Antonenko

Education in intoxication! Historical pub in the very center of Oxford. Must visit.

Bear Byron

One of the best hidden gems in Oxford! And the old Rosie cider on tap ! And good food too. #winner

Redshoekangaroo

The cheesecake ... Yummy, but it went through some destructive innovation to end up in a jar with biscuit on top!;?

An Kka

A very nice pub . The staff are friendly and the service is quick and efficient. The food was tasty and filling.

Karin JanzAir

Must-see on any Oxford trip, even though it is no secret, it is still an awesome place to go.

Hunter Thomas

Lively , sprawling pub built along the old city wall.

Tobias Reynolds

Approx 10 guest ales to choose from at any time. A quiet idyll hidden in the middle of the city (rarely quiet though due to it's popularity)

Gary Farr

Tucked right out the way, real busy, but great service, great fresh food and brilliant range of drink

The Edible Fran

Cosy, characterful little place that's good for dates and groups. Not a great selection of beer , however.

Claire Meadows

Great pub - one of my favourites anywhere. Massive fish and chips , and a great range of beer

Cheryl G

Food remarkably very good! Lovely outside seating !

Very poor network, register for _The Cloud in advance as this is available. Good local ale on offer too

Steak ale pie was good, nice hand pulled cider on the pumps and not too pricey
