The bedding and pillows are down but when I found out and mentioned I was allergic and need different pillows , they came and replaced with all new bedding without me even having to ask! Great service.

Pay extra for the Club Level room!! Free wifi and an awesome club lounge on the roof with free bfast , snacks , evening treats and beverages! Plus you feel fancy on the 39th or 49th floors

Everyone went out of their way to be helpful - this hotel has great food, a good bar and their gym was clean and had a lot of options

Just a small tip for those complaining about no free wifi .. Usually 4 star hotels charge for wifi .. But also if u get room on club level you have free wifi , free club lounge access , a few other perks!

Take advantage of the free WiFi on the Mezzanine level and in the lobby. I love the open concept business center !

Very nice view from high floors . You can swim in the outdoor pool even in freezing temperatures. Very nice and warm.

Rooms are very nice, Granite counters and mini-fridge. We had trouble with keys, couldn't get into our room at first and then expired the keys after 24 hours(2 day stay).

They charge for wifi , parking and holding any packages sent to you here. The hotel is nice, you may even get some crawly visitors in bed with you.

Watch out for the sparrows in the lobby, they also fly into the restaurant so I'm wary of the buffet .

Although a nice hotel it isn't worth the price when u pay extra for everything else. Wifi is 10 a day nd there's not even free breakfast .

There is a Starbucks on the mezzanine level .
