A nicely laid out theme park with a good mix of outdoor adventure activities, water park and safari park . Hotel quality has much room for improvement, given the nightly rate is not exactly bargain.

Carribean is a 3 star hotel , go to Arabian if you expect more but ofcourse the price is higher. Overall Carribean is just nice! 5 star hotel under the BG R.City is progressing! Awaiting!=) Enjoy guys!

It is just like a normal resort hotel . But soon you could rent a colorful apartment . Seems very nice view from the main road outside the resort .????

Each RM44 buffet (DInner ) There is no extra options! (rice , chicken , fish fillet , mixed vegetables , cakes , fruit , etc...). Really not worth it. Two after drinking a small glass of water..

Probably because it's relatively new. Generally, so much IMPROVEMENTS needed. Well , the main counters are always receiving complaints owing to slow service, forgotten complaints or orders.

Arabian Bay - 2 room key cards are provided. It's convenient. Rooms are clean and space is big enough.

Came for team building session. It was so-so. Food served is fine with some great dishes. Rooms are spacious . Facing swimming pool . Might be a bit pricey .

No hair dryer provided. Bring your own one. Enjoy water park with family members.

Room condition is pleasant while my stay at Caribbean suite. Internet is not accessible by all places, door has problem sometimes. Food aren't tht great though.

1st time kat cni. Fmly day my dad punye office . Smpai2 trus dpt mkn kt carribean coffee house ni. Mkn free kn. Dunno how the room condition . Check at 3pm.

Studio w/ double single bed was spacious & nice. Quite clean . Bfast was 50/50. But staff 's attitude very poor. Handles food poorly. Hotel staff also not professional. Speaks as if shouting. Nice pool.

Water park is fantastic as compare with Safari Park .

Too many people at the water park during school holidays . Pool was cloudy and dirty . Safari was a strenuous uphill walk to enter. Not advisable for elderly folks or those needing to carry children.

Checkout at 12pm but access card unusable earlier than that make it difficult to transfer bags. Checkout process not so smooth. Better be prepared & have patience. Counter staff not so friendly .

If you can't stand cigg smoke....need to bring a mask coz its open smokers paradise here.

There's a 'hidden' gym near the swimming pool . Try it!

Guess I was unlucky :-( I was assigned with a room with fridge that have left-over food from the previous tenant. When I open the fridge , OMG all the flies come out and it's STINK!!! :-(

Room is ok. Food ia so so. But the queue is horrible. Visitors dun have manners and keep cut queue and pretend they atw innocent. Stay one night will do and and won't come back for holiday again.

Poor maintenance,food& service I went there 2016 and it was a rip off we checked in at 12pm but can't due to not enough staff to clean up dirty rooms until 4pm we can finally get in our rooms
