Plan explore safari first then the next day breakfast & enter water park . Pay more at the counter & refund your money at the end evening(6pm).

Everything is good,but have to concern room cleaning issue,stuff here so friendly and good service .

Its really comfortable suite for spend our time with family???? But, I hope hotel management will improve the cleanliness...

Arabian is better than here in any way.Poor wifi coverage,the breakfast serves are not so much choices compared to arabian .But overall,its still nice place to stay (:

In love with the hotel design ????

First time being here, quite disappointed about the room. Dirty towel & bed sheet. Front service needs to be improve and being more helpful. Prefer Arabian which is better but slightly expensive .

Arabian Bay suite better then Caribbean... Scary la dpt bilik dekat dgn hutan..

Asked for fresh towel from housekeeping. They said its not available and would charge RM5 if we want. 29.01.17

Heater not working, old tv , stay infront of staff hostel but the parking is dirty . Housekeeping not wearing uniform/ shoe .

Room is old with poor maintenance. Need to do a lot of up keep.

Rooftop pool is open till 10pm..

I am so disappointed. The room smell awful. Even worse, there's a pile of diapers in a toilet dustbin.
