Our buss broke down outside on a extremely hot day. While we waited the owner came out with a complimentary tray full of iced drinks for us. Great and nice people. Food looks beautiful too.

Friendly staff , dog and child friendly . Rather expensive to eat but cosy atmosphere for a drink.
The bus stop bench opposite is a great lunch spot for miserable d of e groups like us.

Sunday roast is fantastic
The tempura fish with skinny fries and chilli dipping sauce - souped-up fish & chips - is fantastic. Have it.
The pork and leak sausages were superb..!

Hidden on the hill, such a cute little pub, beautifully kept beer garden with lovely views over the hills, fairly pricy food, but good quality. Lovely ploughman's. Not easily accessible. - Emily-jane
