Get fit and walk to the station (train/buss) over the stray. Bracing in winter and idilic in summer.

I've found the part of the Stray up around Christ Church is pretty good for road crossing training for a puppy / dog. Quiet , loads of viability yet a real road setting.

There are plenty of spots around the stray to sit down and read a book or just watch the world go by. You might get lucky and get free wifi too ;)

On a windy day take a kite ... Better still make one and take it ... Get them little legs running

Mon, Weds eves Sat morn. Armed Forces Fittness! Great fun but hard work. Plenty of abuse hurled at you so be prepared?

Go for a jog. Or just lie down. It's a free country after all.

Best place to enjoy your Happy moment.

Take your dog for a walk. Don't forget to clean up after you dog does its business.
