Grab a seat at the community table and meet your fellow diners. Fantastic breakfast ; get the huevos rancheros and be sure to get it with both red and green chili in addition to the tomatillo salsa .
Arrive at least 10 minutes before opening to get seated without a wait. A little expensive but menu contains all locally sourced and organic products . They also roast their own coffee which is delish.
Get here early and you may still be waiting in a line outside. This place is always busy but the ingredients are organic and sourced locally. Great service and amazing eats. Check this place out!
Elevated South Western cuisine ! Everything is good! Love the grilled cactus salad , the meat dishes melt in your mouth with an explosion of complex flavors!
Awesome local spot with fresh ingredients and an extensive southwestern menu. Breakfast quesadilla and a side of the gruyere potatoes 🔥🔥🔥
The wait was longer than we were told, but it was well worth it. Friendly waitstaff , stellar coffee . I loved sitting with strangers and getting to know them over such a memorable breakfast !
Great Food! EVERYTHING! Breakfast on weekends is very busy & they don't take reservations so plan on getting there early or be willing to share a table with some strangers, we did & it was fun!
The atmosphere is very friendly and close. It is a little community so be prepared to share your space with someone. Absolutely worth it!
Had the polenta , egg , and carnitas breakfast plate . Polenta was nicely made and carnitas was super flavorful. Red sauce was a bit overwhelming in flavor, but still solid. Can get pricey !
Colorful atmosphere with tasty organic meats & produce. Good service .. The trout plate & mole chicken enchiladas are a favorite. Good selection of beer & wine . Community table available.
Lovely food. Lovely people. Lovely decour. Recommended if you are here, and definitely worth any wait.
My all time favorite "Go to" in Santa Fe. Dinner is amazing and breakfast is to die for! You can't go wrong with anything you order. For special occasions they really know how to treat you well !
Get a to go hot chocolate and some amazing pastries from the counter. Rum ball chocolate cookies and orange marmalade shortbread cookies were amazing
This place is absolutely quaint & cozy . The food was to die for! I could eat every meal there while we are in Santa Fe! You must go.
Everything on the menu is delicious. Aunt June's Green Goddess salad , the mole covered enchiladas and the chicken paillard are especially good.
They use a lot of organic foods , which is probably why they are a little bit pricier then their neighbors. I'd probably only get the green chile jack tamales again.
Wasn't aware of all the food accolades but it definitely lives up to the hype. Particularly impressed with the staff and kitchen's attention and care with food allergies and concerns. We'll be back.
Big servings , so be careful not to over order with sides and appetizers . Food was delicious!
Everything is good! My fave restaurant in Santa Fe - oops - probably shouldn't share that as it will make it even tougher 2 get a reserv
The MOLE makes my SOUL happy. The crowds of people constantly cramming thru the door & standing in the doorway does NOT...holy claustrophobia. If you can't get in, go to El-Evation next door.
Mexican hot chocolate is outstanding even with almond milk , smoked trout hash is a must
When tackling Pasqual’s breakfast chorizo burrito or nearly anything else on the menu, it is helpful to ask for the restaurant’s red chiles—sweet, smoky, and complex.
Try the Griddled Polenta With Sautéed Chorizo , Corn And Red Chile - Red chile just perfect, polenta cooked just right, fluffy and moist with crispy outside.
Delicious, all organic . The community table is great for coming together with strangers to enjoy conversation and food.
Great food but seating is cramped and the prices are steep. Expect to wait and squeeze between chair backs to get to your seats. Servers were very nice but not convincing enough to tip a full 20%.
My mom and I eat here. They were very accommodating for mom’s diet of “whole food no oil plant based”. Definitely not the cheapest place but great quality!
Get there early, it gets packed. It is great food. Wait staff is great!
Great traditional New Mexican food . Great spot for lunch or brunch ! Santa Fe classic
One of the best places to eat in Santa Fe. Great for breakfast or dinner . Appetizers are big enough to share and can really fill you up. Try Napo's Pupusa .
Cafe Pasqual's located near Plaza offers some of the best food in town . Named after the Mexican patron saint of cooking, Pasqual's offers a colorful relaxed space to enjoy chile or mole enchiladas . Read more
I had the carne asada and it was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.
Plenty of places to get a cheaper bfast . But trust me... Spend the extra cash. Well worth it. And get there early as it fills up quick.
The community table is the way to go. If you can't finish your bottle of wine , they will seal it up so you can take it home.
Carne Asada is amazing and flavorful; everything on the dish was good even by itself. It's a bit pricey though. $17.31 after tax.
Everything here was absolutely amazing and not heavy. A bit pricy but well worth it.
You must get the Mole enchiladas !!! To die for!! Get the side of green chiles
Mole enchiladas with organic chicken , cilantro rice , jicama salad , and corn bread ...mmmmmmm
Just go. For every meal. Eat everything. Two things to know: 1) Be prepared to wait. 2) Be prepared to sit at the communal table .
Whatever the specials are - get them. All of them. Brie app, corn torte , Plato Supremo . All of the menu.
Apparently one of the most popular local spots in the city , but well worth the wait (and you WILL wait). Get their when they open for the best table. Pesto omelette is a slice of heaven.
Seasonal dishes with vibrant flavors and a great wine list
The grilled polenta with corn and chorizo with the most delicious chili sauce
Probably the best vegetarian meal I've ever had. The chile engoda is to die for. Make reservations for dinner because walking up is basically not possible.
Fantastic food. Best blintzes ever!
Went everyday I was in town . Wanted to try the whole menu. Worth the wait!!!
Polenta with over easy eggs . Similar to a deconstructed tamale . So delicious.
Um, everything. Fresh, full of flavor and the right balance!
get there a good 1/2 hour before it opens -- there will be a line
A little bit of a wait to be seated in this small restaurant , but in my experience the excellent food makes it worthwhile.
Have the toasted corn bread BLT with kale . Amaze pants. All food is organic , locally sourced .
The enchiladas plate is amazing; if you like spicy, spring for the green, but the red is to die for. - Jake Smith
Svc was outstanding-tables w families, adults, couples and single diners all received wonderful attention. Atomic horseradish salad-a bit like a Caesar w a bite. Fave dish: peach shortbread dessert. - Serenity Nehring
Chicken fajita burrito and green chili stew is great! Frito pie is unique. - Kymberli Frueh
A must in Santa Fe and easily doable in 45 minutes (or much longer if you like). Good rotating exhibits as well. - @sloane
Must-visit location for anyone in Santa Fe. Plenty of coffee shops, Indian trading posts and other boutiques. - Megan Stroup
Definitely plan to spend several hours here. Even after multiple visits I'm still discovering new things. The attention to detail is amazing and you can interact with nearly every part of the exhibit. - Matthew Ayoub
