Loved our stay here---the service is top notch from front desk to housekeeping! Rooms are clean , beds are comfortable , etc. Spend the little extra for a balcony room!!

Stay at the Hermann House - you get a little jacuzzi in your room! Not to mention it's tucked away in a pretty courtyard so it's nice & quiet . Haven't seen any ghosts .. other tips seem a little crazy.

Suite on the Hermann House side had a whirlpool/jacuzzi deep tub. Smaller property . Only a few rooms. Quiet until the outdoor a/c units kick in. A slight smell from the rain.

The best rooms are 108, 109, and 110 on the backside of the 1st floor. They're close to the pool and the coffee lounge , and the rooms are HUGE with garden tubs, a fireplace , and a sofa .

Carriage House Rooms are the best. Get room 104 for privacy. Ghost kept turning the TV on in the middle of the night.

The rooms are lovely and in a gorgeous building. The service is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast leaves much to be desired.

Don't forget to get your free drinks from May Bailys and chill out poolside .

The hotel library won’t come after you for late fees; guests are free to take unfinished books home (but don't be greedy).

Lobby is tiny and underwhelming. Pool is murky we could barely see the bottom. In fact it looked like there might have been a chair down there but we weren't sure. Rooms themselves are nice. Comfy bed

Go get drunk on Bourbon St. and stumble back to the Dauphine. If you drank enough you won't hear the ghosts . Promise.

scary place, an old man came into our room that was locked in the evening to ask if everything was alright. then we looked down the hallway and he wasn't there! this place is haunted for sure!!
