Brilliant and worth every penny. We will definitely be back. Very child friendly and some inspirational gardens for grown ups too. Wish we lived nearer.
The accessible parking for disabled drivers and passengers is at the other side of the road to the main car park , close to the entrance.
Beautiful gardens , good places to eat and good exercise to boot. The bamboo maze is amazing and good regular entertainment. Today was a youth orchestra from Taiwan!!
The Poison Garden is worth a visit. There's enough here for a whole day without trying to cram the Castle in as well .
Have a look around for the Garden 's Characters. There are eight to find everyday, some bright , some cheeky, some poetic, some proud, some dark and some...well , that would be telling! #thealnwickgarden
The poison garden tour is great, not too long and full of interesting facts and anecdotes
Great gardens , but really disappointing cheese scone and coffee at the café .
The diggers always seem to be a highlight for younger children - though they can all be taken at busier times.
Beautiful gardens but pricey to enter
5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ garden ???????? but 1 ⭐️ cafe sandwich’s ???????? was almost 97% bread ????
Great day out for all the family
Try the Treehouse Restaurant - food is great, and where else will you get to eat in a treehouse ?
Hidden gem .
Check out the Poison Garden for all your poisonous tips
Beautiful and well worth a visit!
The catering service was a farce. Long queues, bad sandwich , wallet fleeced. Take a picnic .
a must-visit place during Summer!
If you have kids and the weather is nice this is a must.
Fantastic day out...and only 1p for kids!!!!
Great place to visit. Don't forget to look in the treehouse too. Some restaurants hidden in there as well .
Expensive for what it is.
This is a fantastic location and one of the most unusual places in the north east for dining. Food is fantastic and the service excellent (David the restaurant manager was particularly excellent.) - Mat Ankers
Personal favourite is fruit scone with cream and a supersize cup of coffee. Other half recommends bacon roll to. ;-) - Gary Holland
What a great day. Not the cheapest but you can easily spend a whole day here. So much to do for all ages. From the fascinating history to Harry Potter Broomstick lessons. Highly recommended - Sarah Medlicott
The destination of choice for book lovers of all ages - Excellent Buffet too. Factor in plenty of time here, it's not just a shop, you will be amazed! Cosy real fires in winter! Dogs welcome! - Kerstin Pearce
