Hands down the best yoga in NYC. The instructors are knowledgeable , inspirational and super fun!
Flow classes are the best! The instructors are AMAZING. Will's flow class on Thursdays @ 7pm will make your week! He's seriously one of the most REAL/ down to earth teachers I've ever had. Great class
Currently doing the $20/two week unlimited classes and absolutely loving it. Slow Flow and Restorative are great; my biggest complaint about Flow is the high maximum which means crowded studio space.
Love this studio. Clean and simple layout. Affordable. Usable website. Literally can't pick a bad class . Favorites are Lindsay, Heather, Chloe, Cat, or Will
Chill space, well maintained, feels cozy and intimate (staff know your name) while maintaining a professional feel. Lots of classes - check out Jeffrey Villanueva to get worked!
Beautiful, open studio to practice vinyasa flow. Mats, towels and water are available to rent/purchase. Blocks, blankets and straps are in the studio (at no charge). Tons of great teachers .
brian nygard for a fun and strong power yoga class . self-described as a meat eating, beer drinking yogi - he plays TLC, bob marley, and soft hiphop during class . makes yoga fun!
one of the best yoga studios i have ever been to. will is one of the best instructors and the basic classes really explain all the poses to get you going.
Great location and teachers . Love the two spacious studios. Mat rental is extra for $2. Classes are always full but not overcrowded. They're on classpass too!
Where I learned and fell in love with yoga . Instructors are great, and there are classes for all levels. Also great discounts for students!
Late evening yoga classes : Monday through Thursday flow classes at 9:00pm. Monday and Wednesday basic classes at 8:30. Tuesday and Thursday restorative classes at 8:30. Read more
Tara, Jena and Adam are my favorite teachers ! All of the teachers are so wonderful and unique, but those 3 give me the best relaxed, yet hard working feeling.
The basics class was perfectly paced (especially for a newbie), and Laura was such a helpful instructor ! Download the Yoga Vida app to make booking classes even easier.
One of the best yoga studios in the city that's a real workout. I haven't been to a flow class that I didn't love.
Large beautiful studio with lots of sunlight. Went to a class with live music and it was amazing!
There are cubbies inside the classroom for your belongings. The morning Flow class is a great way to start your day.
This is a great place to start if you are new to yoga . They have a $10 Unlimited classes for one week for new members who want to feel their natural best!
If recovery from stress is what you’re after, try Yoga Vida’s Restorative Yoga Class . You’ll use blankets and blocks to heal and renew your body, and a 16 person maximum means classes are intimate .
Very friendly atmosphere . Instructors and Flow routines vary. (I prefer some over others) Large, airy studios
Basics classes are amazing for a more 'zen' experience than the flow classes . Altho all of it is amazing.
This studio is phenomenal. Classes are affordable and everyone is so so nice here! I love the space and atmosphere.
The most amazing supportive yoga studio with the right balance of body and mind
Don't take Jessica Willis' class - it's the worst yoga class I've ever taken. Take Aditi Shah she's awesome!!!
Chloe's Tuesday 7am classes are the best - no better way to start your day. She is wonderful!
Awesome space, but they pack too many people into a class .
Restorative class with Tara is a great way to end the week. Very positive and relaxing vibe .
Morning classes are amazing. Great way to wake up the body and start the day!
Take all different kinds of yoga classes at the studio’s University Place location.
All of the instructors are so wonderful and nurturing. Unpretentious and soothing vibe here.
Great place to unwind and windup! Wonderful instructors .
Jessie's classes are amazing! And the $5 deal for students cannot be beat!
Down dog splits x100
Great teachers , but a bit too hot for regular yoga and often smells like feet.
Nicest studio! Loved my class with Lindsay great music
decent yoga for $10. Hilaria does a great class and a killer AB sequence
All the instructors are great and Hilaria has an ab workout everytime. Can't beat the reasonable prices!
Love the beauty of the space and the generous nature of all the teachers
$20 for 2 weeks unlimited for 1st-timers!
Get your Peace on. Namaste ????
An oasis in the city .
