Had a great experience! The staff is super nice and attentive! Bell stand went above and beyond with directions and front desk on close places to eat. I will definitely stay again. Boutique hotel
Nice hotel . You'll want to make sure to get a king bed and windows for $15 more. Worth the small spend. 2 blocks from Bourbon St. ????
We found the accommodations and amenities to be outstanding! The staff was incredible. I definitely recommend The Royal St. Charles to anyone visiting the region.
We continue to send clients here. It's a fantastic place to stay when in New Orleans, The management and staff take excellent care of this hotel .
Great hotel for the price. Staff at front desk have been very kind and helpful. Rooms are small. Who cares. It's just for sleeping. French qtr is 1 block. Parking is expensive . Would def stay again.
Great service! Staff is kind and helpful. It also has great location to walk around or take public transportation .
Renovated now. Found a condom wrapper underneath a chair in room. At check in hidden $10 fee per day added on for "value services" - gym , calls and Internet. So add $10 a nite to your Priceline deal
Great location-In the heart of the French Quarter. This is one of my new favorite hotels in New Orleans to stay at.
here's a tip: find a nice hotel that includes parking . valet parking is $35 a day or walk a block for $15 a night. keep this in mind when booking . enjoy walking.
Ok for a night or two MAX. Don't stay for more than two days. The pillows are like stones and you can feel the springs in the mattress. We stayed for seven days and im hurting! (Room 907)
Clean comfortable room . I had the single queen and it would have felt tight with two people but fine for a short stay for one person and even with the $10 add on, it was half the cost elsewhere.
Nice hotel ! Close to Canal St. Very clean . Friendly staff ! Small rooms but who cares.
Comfortable , great concierge service to book swamp tours and ghost tours ! Brad was the best!
Nice hotel . Front desk staff is all smiles and very helpful. Bellman great. Room is very modern and very clean .
This is an OLD hotel so keep that in mind when booking . Rooms r small but perfectly comfortable and clean . Front desk staff super nice
We got probably the best room here! One with a HUGE balcony ! Too bad it's just my hubby and 8 yr old son! Go UL CAJUNS!!!
Get a room with a window. The hotel has great views of downtown.
Front lobby and elevators are under renovation but rooms are very nice. Front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful.
Great location, friendly staff , clean and quiet rooms. Would definitely stay here again!
Book thru priceline or hotwire... Much cheaper than regular price
If you stay out all night you can get a room at 8-9 in the morning, then check out the next day.
Newly remodeled. Very nicely done. However there was no closet to hang our clothes , only drawer space. Valet way too much. Self park instead.
Conveniently located by the St Charles train line and a semi-long walk back after you ate too much at the Quarter proper. Read more
Y'all, they don't have blankets on the bed. Just a sheet . And then a duvet with no cover. And then another sheet on top of it.
Had a bad room when I got here, but they let me move to a bigger and better one. No problem.
This place is freezing, but pretty nice. Parking was cheap if you didn't book directly with the hotel .
The pillows here are chiseled from granite. Uncomfortable, but classy .
I'm alone so as long as the commode flushes and ESPN works - I'm good!
Caution! Beware of maid service. Do not leave unattended bags on beds. They will take it and not even make up you're bed in return.
Eh. Not the best, roomiest, or nicest hotel in town . But how often are you gonna be in your room anyway?
After 1am, don't loiter outside smoking.
Parking is way overpriced and not convenient at all! (Not the hotels fault)
This place smells great!
Terrible! The front desk girl was a total snot! Our room doesn't have a window and the sheets are stained! Do not stay here!
The front desk girl was extremely rude. Our room doesn't even have a window and sheets have stains. Do not stay here!
The front desk people are rude, the valet is only available for a certain time, rooms are small & dirty & smells. Save your money.
Neeeee muy retro
Great staff, central location, terrific grits. Makes life in the Quarter simple. - Victor Miller

Beignets and a cafe au lait to start your trip in NOLA. Wait to get a table- the line moves quickly - Cusp25
Carmel Granita is delicious but the ham and Swiss croissants we received were both unevenly heated. It was also a little pricey for what we received. - Gabrielle Melton
