Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut is a historic and protected site Luxor
Deir Al Bahri Luxor Luxor Governorate Egypt
Sun is an issue so visit early take plenty of water & sun screen. Avoid the coffee shop as very over priced. Take time to see all the levels as beautiful colors & scenes best part is the Hapi temple .
Amazing temple and a real landmark that must have taken just an obscene amount of work to build.
Enjoy the temple as well as the view of the valley. Bring a ND filter for long exposures and avoid having tourists on your pictures. Aproveite o templo e a vista do vale do Nilo. Traga um filtro ND.
Temple In Dér el Bahrí, designed and built by Senenmut, architect of Hatshepsut. Lots and lots of guys asking for baksish here, all around the place...
Beautiful monument - the money shot is from the outside - not a huge amount inside. Unbearably hot walk up to it during the day - bring an umbrella for shade!
If you dumped a bunch of dirt and rocks over the front of this, you'd never even know it was there. Maybe there's more that did get covered somewhere! ????
Amazing temple of the biggest woman-pharaon in Ancient Egypt. One of the best among exciting
Everything abt history is awesome
It’s good!
Go directly to the second floor.. first and third floors were empty
Temple of the Queen. The large and magnificent. But a lot is still being recovered part.
A temple of one of the most powerful female rulers of all time. Its architecture is impressive
One of the most amazing historical places
I enjoyed it different in colors and structure
Huge place. Expensive food at the nearby restaurant . Bargain!
Visit in the morning as it's very exposed to the sun.
Very hot, take peppermint oil to refresh your neck and smell good
Don't pay for the train . The temple is worth the money, beautiful.
Very nice temple ever
Must see the right wings to see the original carvings on the wall..
It's big but simple. You will see it in 15mins
Sun is too hard. You have to wear a cap to protect yourself from sun
Sun protection is very much needed
O lugar é grande, quente e no meio do nada. É ir ver e ir embora.
These two gigantic figures of Amenhotep III were originally situated in front of his Mortuary temple, which seems to have been destroyed for unknown reasons. - Nataly Cnyrim-Kimmel
Stunning place. Highly recommended. Amazing during night. Nice walk from temple to Karnak via avenue. - Dim
Unbelievable beauty here. Really worth to visit. But be careful about the sun - Zina P
Understated Temple; worth a visit only 35Le to get in. Take a walk around the outside walls of the temple as the scenes are amazing. Go early to avoid the day tour buses that arrive around 11am - 12pm - lesley hammam
Awesome set of temples - take your time going round. Some very impressive statutes and columns. Come back for the light show in the evening - Phat Buoy
You have to see this Valley as something different it is unique with the radiant colors and scenes very different to the valley of the kings that's what makes it worth the visit. Very understated! - lesley hammam
